If you need a seasoned mediator,
    Thomas C. Chase can help

I have been a litigator for 40 years in south Florida and have handled mediations since 1991. Back then, we never dreamed that "Virtual" or "zoom" mediations would be a factor, but over the past two years, I've taken a deep dive into that arena and even have a "zoom expert" I employ to run more complex, multiparty mediation.

As a litigator, I've handled personal injury cases from the defense and plaintiff side, as well as condo and h.o.a. litigation, corporate/commercial disputes; real estate issues, defamation, you name it; about everything but criminal and family.

In 1991, mediation was the "new thing," so I got certified and plunged in. About that same time, another aspect of my career took off, and mediation took a back seat, though I've done hundreds over the past three decades.

Now that I've closed the litigation era of my career, it's exciting to focus solely on mediation, where I can facilitate agreement and resolution rather than pursue conflict. It is gratifying when parties in opposition suddenly realize that the best solution to issues is most often found by the parties discussing it professionally rather than turning it over to a judge or jury.
